[IRCA] TP 31 July Victoria version
An Asiatic morning mostly, in contrast to yesterday's New Zealanders
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
celebrating the end of July was 1566 HLAZ with woman in CC 1152UT at
this level, at least for about 20 seconds. Had bits and pieces of
audio quite frequently right up past the beginning of the Japanese
program at 1230UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
the above, passing through
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
1287 JOHR man in JJ 1115UT, sporting event of some kind?
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
594 JOAK?? man talking 1122UT, very weak, but might have been
JJ....reasonable level of excitement, sports?
738 Tahiti? pop mx 1112UT
774 JOUB? maybe language lessons 1213UT; that EE woman's tone of
voice is pretty, ah, distinctive
1053 KK jammer various times 1135-1220UT
1116 woman talking over phone, interviewed by man? DU EE inflection 1225UT
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
882 972 1008 1098 1323
best wishes,
Nick
