[IRCA] TP 14 Apr. Victoria version

A few Asians of the regular variety today; not too bad for mid-April.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

not quite today; HLAZ was close

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

828 JOBB. EE lessons briefly at this level 1307UT; mostly in the murk
1566 HLAZ. Tail end of CC s/off 1229UT was almost readable, then JJ s/on at 1230UT at this level, mostly readable, usual full ID, "nihongo hoso" mention, piano mx etc.

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

972 HLCA. Man in KK 1247UT
1053 KK jammer, doing what it does best, 1255UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

738 Man talking, too weak for language guess 1231UT
774 Woman talking 1141UT, never at any really readable level
1287 JOHR? Woman talking, JJ? 1316UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

873 891

best wishes,

Nick
