[IRCA] DX alerts - 900 & 1710

In Toronto, unable to DX, but couple things reported to BCB DX logger I have not seen reported on these lists:

1710 = Apr01 07:42 Visiting a friend in Toledo, Ohio - Gary Siegel - we are hearing a "Radio Marti" on 1710.  Where is this, and why is nobody reporting it?  Did Marathon-1180 move here, perhaps?--Frank Merrill/IL  

900 = Apr01 09:58 900 WVWA Pound Ridge, NY  Fair, back after 30+ years SIL, noted format chg to Regional Mexican.  "La Nueve". Slogan, "La que mueve es La Nueve" (The 9 is what moves).  Screaming "La NUEVE" constantly.   N8NU (Michigan DXer, I think - Saul)
