[IRCA] WWXL-1450 DX Test not heard in Vermont

I did not see any reports of it being heard in New England except Mark
Connolly on the first one  Both times it was not not heard in Springfield
Ma.  Jim

Unfortunately, the WWXL-1450 DX Test did not make it into northern Vermont,
using a Sony ICF-2010 and Radio West loop.  Had the tape running between 10:58
and 11:10 PM EDT, but no Morse code IDs heard.  One station with what
sounded like Broadway show tunes surfaced faintly very briefly, but nothing
I could ID.  Disappointing considering the test made it into Ontario.
