[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 24



Conditions were so-so today. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was about what I would expect for this late in the season.


GOOD - Mostly understandable by a native speaker for brief periods

FAIR - A Native speaker could probably recognize individual words

POOR - Little if anything would be understood
