Hello All,
Asian results here this morning were as meager as Dennis' report, although with a slightly different cast of characters. A couple of Chinese stations managed some poor to fair audio for a few minutes, in addition to the usual Korean big guns.
Only 972-HLCA and 1566-HLAZ ever managed good audio this morning (both of them around 1330), and only for very brief periods. A collection of weak Chinese stations on 603, 738, 936, 1377 and 1593 made things somewhat interesting this morning by rotating in and out of the noise during a lackluster sunrise enhancement from 1340-1350, but only a presumed 936-Anhui and 1377-CNR1 ever reached fair levels (and only for a few seconds, each). Both 558-HLQH and its parallel 603-HLSA made weak appearances around 1340, but bailed shortly after that. The Japanese NHK stations were especially anemic this morning, with only 594-JOAK and 693-JOAB managing fair levels around 1345, along with 531-JOQG at a poor level. 1575-VOA was the last Asian to make an appearance this morning, reaching a poor to fair level before all of the TP's dived into the noise in unison around 1400. Overall it was a pretty dreary session, but probably what should be expected in late March of a lean solar year.
