[IRCA] Richardson TX 1700 huge with Mexican music

Dominant at Burnt River ON. Usually it's Des Moines IA...
Couple Spanish stations on 89o u/WLS.
No sign of the 1450 DX test, will keep ear on 1450 as I await 1330 TX.
