[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 21

The bottom of the dial was horrible today, with weak signals from only a 
few stations.  The upper band fared much better, but only during a brief 
sunrise enhancement.

GOOD
1422    JORF, Japanese talk & pop songs 1347-1358
1503    JOUK, 1349 woman and piano music //594 briefly good
1566    HLAZ, lively discussion in Japanese 1338, also good at 1351 with 
man & woman in Chinese

FAIR
594    JOAK, piano music then Japanese woman 1349

POOR
693    JOAB, female talk 1336
747    JOIB, animated talk, sounded like a language lesson 1218
774    JOUB, man & woman, probably language lesson 1244
850    KICY, ID under KHHO 1400
972    HLCA, man talking 1337
1458    male talk 1352
1494    bits of talk 1344
1512    bits of music & talk amid IBOC hash & splatter 1350
1575    Two stations 1354.  The dominant one had rock music (probably 
AFN), the weaker had talk (probably VOA)
1602    Talk 1350, probably NHK2 but too much QRM from computer birdie 
on 1602.75
