This is talking about Jeju Island, home of HLAZ-1566 (not mentioned; 
how could they not?).   The wacky idea isn't (necessarily) that 
they'll have all electric vehicles there by 2030, just that the 
thought crossed what passes for my mind,  with all that RF floating 
around, surely one might use it to maintain a float charge....well, 
maybe not...
