Hmm, dunno. Pretty uninteresting up to a few minutes before 1400UT,
when some extreme minimalist DXing dug out a couple of gems. The
other odd thing was audio on 594, 774 972 and 1566 more than 45
minutes after local sunrise (after 1500UT); 972 was actually quite readable.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
774 JOUB KK lessons 1401UT
828 JOBB w/wx report 1312UT
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
972 HLCA. Woman in KK 1404UT
1566 HLAZ man in JJ 1308UT; nothing like this in the CC program
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
891 JOHK. Woman in JJ //594 1357UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
738 Tahiti? Man talking sounded FF? 1316UT
747 JOIB. Man w/wx forecast //828 1310UT
936 Anhui? Man in CC? 1353UT
963 CRI? Man talking, 1427UT, may have been parallel with 1323 which
was fading down as this faded up.
1134 JOQR? Man in JJ? 1353UT
1323 CRI. Stringed CRI mx leading up the chimes on hour at 1400UT,
though chimes not heard. Noted again 1426UT, woman and man in RR?
1575 VoA? man in SE Asian language? 1403UT
1584 NHK1 synchros? NHK pips on the hour, but not much afterward
1593 CNR1/NHK2. Man in CC //6175 1359UT, but by the hour, it was
NHK2 pips at the finish of CC lesson with the little stringed
ditty. After 1400UT, sounded like CNR1 nx.
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
567 837 864 1179 1242 1251 1287 1503 1512
best wishes,
Nick
