[IRCA] IRCA DX Monitor - March 22nd Vol 51 #26 - Correction

I need to make a correction to a logging I submitted to
CDXR in the March 22nd DX Monitor.

For the WWXL
1450 DX Test on March 1st - the morse code message
should read;

"WWXL MANCHESTER AM 1450 CLAY
COUNTYS 
ENTERTAINMENT AND INFO".  

Note the last word is INFO and not NEWS as I
submitted it.  Was typing one word while thinking
about another.  Hope this corrects any confusion
it may have caused.
