[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on March 12

It was another relatively good morning for TP DX, but not as good as 
Monday or Tuesday.  Taiwan-1557 was the big standout catch today, with a 
big signal during the sunrise enhancement.

GOOD - mostly understandable by a native speaker
594    JOAK, man & woman in Japanese 1325, also 1355-1402 talk with pips 
at ToH
670    KDLG, muffled ID 1300 then BBC news atop KBOI
747    JOIB, weather report,  1320 "NHK Dai ini Hoso Des" ID (no local 
call/city), then vibrant young couple with English lesson
774    JOUB, weather report 1317, local ID 1320, then English lesson //747
1557    Taiwan 1401-1426 quite good with ads, Chinese talk, pop songs
1566    HLAZ, announcements in Chinese 1415

FAIR - some words and phrases recognizable
558    KBS, mellow Korean talk 1306
640    KYUK, call ID 1259, PSA, promo for something at 1:30 on Wed & 
Fri, then NPR news
693    JOAB, local ID & English lesson 1320
890    KBBI woman with marine weather u/CJDC 1402
972    Korean talk 1338
1575    VOA presumed in Asian language 1416, possibly getting buzzed by 
a second station

POOR - unintelligible
