[IRCA] WWXL-1450 DX Test time

We switch to Daylight Savings Time on Sunday, March 9, 2014.  Can you confirm that the time of the test will actually be 11:00-11:45 PM Eastern Daylight Time?

I have arranged another DX test from WWXL-1450, with more lead time this go-around.? Details below:

Saturday, March 15, 2014.? 11:00-11:45 PM EST (0400-0445 UTC on the 16th).? WWXL-1450, Manchester, Kentucky will conduct a DX test at a power of 1,000 watts non-directional.? The test will include Morse code, other sound effects and voice announcements.? Reception reports may be sent by email to jodypritchie@xxxxxxxxxx?
