[IRCA] WWXL-1450 DX test

Listened 11:00 to 11:30 EST, heard rapid code 11:14 to 11:16 and 11:19 to 11:20.  Nice long code periods, but never anything other than very weak.  At 94 miles, I'm too distant for groundwave, and too close for any efficient skywave.  

 A long-sought station and a big thanks to Paul Walker for the alert!  KY #145 and 1450 #65, no call changes.
