Listened from 1421-1530 utc. Conditions were poor this morning. Only two stations with audio. Lower channels were dead. Lowest decent het was 972. HLAZ 1566 at 1528 is still good with music and a S-9 signal. 
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1421  good signal with woman in Chinese. NW ewe.  Good at 1517 NW bog.  02/03/2014
1593   CHINA, Changzhou CNR1 1422 fair signal with man in Chinese. Moderate KOHI splatter. NW ewe 02/03/2014
