[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 27 Jan 2014

       Not a very interesting morning, but as was mentioned, probably 
typical for the time of year.   Only Korea on 1566 provided decent audio 
today, a fair signal from about 1440 to 1500.  VoA had momments on 1575, 
but was generally very marginal.  Elsewhere, only carriers.
