I'm copying the test loop right now on 1710 also at 0244 UTC. It's mixing with Radio Celestial and is coming in at about the same level as I hear the Hudson County TIS station here, but I can't be for certain if this is Hudson County or a new one on the frequency. I'm not hearing Hudson County under this at the moment. I'd like to hear both simultaneously before ruling out the Hudson County, NJ. TIS.

No other data, or local identifier ... just this, in a loop. There's also some kind of weird sound or tone underneath, not sure if the same station. On my loop aimed east-west and a beverage on snow and ice aimed ne-sw. Maybe a tad stronger on the wire.
