[IRCA] New 1710 TIS > ON

"You're listening to a test broadcast of a travelers information radio station. This radio station broadcasts messages 24 hours a day on a special AM frequency licensed by the Federal Communications Commission."

No other data, or local identifier ... just this, in a loop. There's also some kind of weird sound or tone underneath, not sure if the same station. On my loop aimed east-west and a beverage on snow and ice aimed ne-sw. Maybe a tad stronger on the wire.
