[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle on Jan 6

Conditions weren't very good today.  Definitely not as good as 
yesterday.   The few TPs noted were all below average in strength and 
peaked for very brief periods.  Most of them peaked between 1200 and 
1300 today.  There was almost no sunrise enhancement, except for HLAZ 
rising from "inaudible" to "faint mumbling" for a couple of minutes.

Poor
594    JOAK, pips & bits of talk 1200
693    JOAB faint bits of talk in CBU splatter 1158, pips 1200
972    HLCA, 1300 time pips, fanfare and woman talking.  Much domestic 
splatter.
1566    HLAZ, 1518 faint talk
