[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 12-21

Asian signals rebounded in a major way here this morning, resulting in the best session for the entire month (by far). Both low and high band TP's were unusually vibrant, and Chinese stations were especially strong. The listening session started off here at 1300, with both 594-JOAK and 972-HLCA unusually potent. HLCA became the first TP to peg the PL-380 S/N readout here this month with a monster pop music signal at 1306, and 1575-VOA briefly did the same thing later on during a very generous sunrise enhancement (around 1335). 603-China, 639-CNR1, 1377-CNR1 and 1593-CNR1 all had their best signals of the month here this morning, as well as 594-JOAK, 648-VOR, 747-JOIB, 774-JOUB, 828-JOBB, 972-HLCA and 1575-VOA.
