[IRCA] WCIT-940 DX test

Really weak but readable with sweeps at 2:12 and 2:25 EST; fairly low-pitched slow code at 2:13 and 2:23.  Talk from WMAC Macon and Real Country from WKYK NC were the chief sources of interference; someone with Spanish talk and music in there too.  No sign of the day rigs from WINZ and WNRG tonight, thankfully.  

Ohio #100, no call changes.

Last time I got two new DX tests the same weekend was during Bill Clinton's first term.
