In theory, this test should have started tonight at 2200 EST (0300 UTC
Saturday). I monitored the first three segments, starting at 2200,
2230, and 2300, and heard no Morse code, though there was a station
playing instrumental Christmas music with no talk during the 2200-2205
segment. I'm only 150 miles from WKAL and have heard the predecessor of
this station a number of times. I think the test would be audible here,
so I conclude that it's not running yet. I wonder if it was actually
0300-0700 UTC on Sunday and Monday that was meant?
