[IRCA] TP 11 Dec, Victoria version

I don't know if the sunrise lift here was as good as Bruce's, but there were one or two DU's benefiting from Juan de Fuca strait heard here to make up for it, as well a couple of signs of life on the lower band..

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

close, but not quite

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1440 presumed JOWF at various times, 1531-1540UT w/ woman in animated JJ sometimes dominating domestics, however briefly
1503 JOUK man in JJ 1534UT, ID'd earlier w/ //567
1566 HLAZ woman in CC 1534UT, better on North Flag

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

567 JOIK man in JJ //1503 1531UT
1116 4BC? man in DU EE 1414UT
1287 JOHR man in JJ 1533UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 JOAK man talking //1503 1537UT
891 man and woman talking 1346UT, maybe DU EE?
1323 CRI? woman in RR? 1535-36UT
1575 heavy sounding rock mx, maybe not VoA? 1540UT
1593 CNR1 woman talking //6125, 1544UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

648 738 747 828 1044 1251 1269 1314 1404 1476 1494 1584 1602

best wishes,

Nick
