[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 30 Nov 2013

     The month ended on rather a low note here.  The low end of the 
band seemed about the same as yesterday, with audio (though none very 
impressive) from Japan on 693, 774, and 828, along with the Korean on 
972.   The signals on the upper end of the dial though, which had been 
shining of late, almost completely disappeared, with only poor-fair 
carriers on 1566, 1575, and 1593.
