[IRCA] TP DX for November 28 - not a turkey

Today was a rather good morning here.  The low band was still anemic at 
best.  Above 1100, however, it was another story.  There was an 
excellent sunrise enhancement at about 1520-1530, producing interesting 
audio on several channels.

The day's highlights were the Chinese stations on 1395 and 1422. I'm not 
sure who they were.  1395 might have been the Anhui literary channel, 
which we heard at Grayland last month.


Good - Most or all of it understandable by a native speaker
1287    JOHR, several energetic ads, then man in JJ 1530, "HBC" ID
1566    HLAZ, nice signal w/woman singing, then Chinese talk 1520. Still 
producing weak audio 1559.

Fair - Some of it understandable by a native speaker
774    JOUB, man w/weather report 1317
1323    CRI, violin music, man & woman in Russian 1531
1395    Calm-voiced Chinese male monologue 1518, went into a song 1521.  
The announcer returned and continued where he left off 1525, then seemed 
to have a phone conversation with someone 1527.  Weaker after that, but 
still producing audio 1542.
1422    Chinese talk 1529, good signal but fluttery signal w/much 1420 
splatter
1440    JOWF JJ talk u/presumed CKJR (oldies) 1530
1593    CNR1 rising above the KLFE-1590 splatter today, Chinese talk

Poor - Recognizable program content, but that was about it
594    JOAK, faint JJ woman, then time pips 1400 1525
693    JOAB, time pips & start of weather report 1300
747    JOIB, time pips & YL talk faint 1500
972    KBS, bits of KK talk 1511
981    CNR bits of CC talk in CKNW splatter 1511

1413    female talk in 1410 splatter 1539, then music
