Surprised to receive HLAZ 1566 from 1708 to 1728 utc. Signal ranged from poor to fair. 1287 was near audio.

1566  REPUBLIC OF KOREA, Cheju, HLAZ FEBC 1708-1724 very weak signal to fair signal at times with woman in Chinese. 1715. Woman singing. Poor at 1724. Music at 1728. NW ewe. 11/28/2013
