[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 11-28

The dawn session was unusual in having a large number of Asian signals from diverse areas, with very few of them having anything better than ghostly audio. In the predawn darkness at 1430 only 747-JOIB, the 1053-Jammer and 1566-HLAZ had fair audio, but 594, 693, 738, 774, 828, 972, 1044, 1134, 1503, 1575 and 1593 all were at threshold levels. By 1515 the high band received a modest sunrise enhancement boost with 1566-HLAZ's Chinese service coming up to a good level, while 1503-JOUK, 1575-VOA and 1593-CNR! each had their moments of fair audio. By contrast the low and middle band Asians didn't seem to go anywhere except deeper into the noise. Overall the session would have been another clunker except for the unusual variety of ghostly signals.
