Definitely a livelier morning today. Quite a lot of action after
1300UT, though mostly the regulars, then things went fairly quiet
between about 1400 and 1510UT followed by some nice sunrise
enhancement, though an awful lot of tempting carriers rather than
booming audio.
pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker,
at least briefly):
1566 HLAZ woman or women in CC at 1523 and various times until around
1540UT, but held in well until nearly 1600UT, with a couple of women
vocalizing in the studio with piano 1558UT, with a couple of "one
more time"s in CC....practically an HLCA level of hilarity.
Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it
understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):
594 JOAK man in JJ 1352UT
603 HLSA likely with operatic sounding male singing ballad 1525UT
747 JOIB "How much is that doggie in the window" ditty in EE 1259UT
leading to pips
774 JOUB man in JJ 1505UT
972 HLCA man in KK 1352UT
1323 CRI likely w/woman in RR 1528UT, but female vocal mx from
someone else at 1526UT which faded into piano mx //594; maximum power
on these NHK1 synchros is 1 kw, most are 100w. Catch of the morning.
1503 JOUK woman in JJ peaking 1532UT //594
not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or
noise could be understood by a native speaker:
567 JOIK woman and man in JJ 1355UT //594
828 JOBB man in JJ //774 1506UT
981 CNR1 likely man in CC 1356UT
1053 KK jammer 1341UT
1476 unID instrumental mx 1527UT
1593 CNR1 man in CC //6125 1533UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be
guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in
talk or music) :
639 CNR1 woman in CC //6125 1518UT
693 JOAB CC lessons //774 1340UT
1287 JOHR? and ?? very messy at 1517UT, mx o/u man talking, then
woman talking JJ inflection
1377 CNR1 woman in CC //1593 1536UT
1386 NHK2 light mx //774 at 1521UT, but at 1530UT there was choral mx
mixing with it, sounding somewhat Christian. There is a Filipino
Catholic station on this channel....
1557 Taiwan? man and woman talking CC inflection 1522UT
1575 unID two men talking over hum from someone 40Hz low; there were
a number of carriers around 1575 also
Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or
ravaged by splatter):
648 738 837 873 1017 1026 1116 1134 1143 1179 1188 1206 1251 1278
1314 1359 1458 1485 1539
best wishes,
Nick
