Saul, could the second unID be WSJM in St. Joseph, Michigan?  The 103.7 reference might be WCSY, licensed to nearby Hartford, and it looks like the two are co-owned.

A couple of unIDs from 1400 last week, audio online at link below, and curious if these can be solved.

1400 unID – "Oldies 1400 and @ Four Ten Three AY 98.3 (?)” in TOH ID. The FM is a translator, but I'm still drawing blanks on this one.

1400 unID – "AM 1400 & 103.7" also drawing blanks.
