[IRCA] Scary Halloween Propagation

As of 1300 UT here, the Asians were totally comatose, with not even a wispy carrier anywhere on the band. This is the first time this month that they were so totally dead at that hour. Some kind of frightful propagation had apparently scared them off.

Now, at 1315, a couple of ghostly carriers are showing up on 972 and 1323, though.
