[IRCA] TP 28 Sep; Victoria version

It's the "end of September anomaly" here. If the sun was any quieter it would go out....and the K-indices, zeroes everywhere. DX? Not so much. Worse than yesterday, as little sign of China.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least briefly):

594 JOAK man in JJ 1334UT; woman and man, footsteps, some sort of drama? 1355UT
747 JOIB man in JJ 1403UT
774 JOUB piano mx, man in JJ 1340UT
972 HLCA woman in KK 1357UT then instrumental mx, but also often in the murk
1566 HLAZ man in JJ 1324UT, 1328UT

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

567 JOIK man and woman in JJ //594 at 1347UT, sounding quite festive
594 JOAK man in JJ 1315UT, but often unreadable.
603 HLSA? female ballad 1355UT sounds like their programming
828 JOBB man in JJ //774 1341UT
1053 KK jammer 1342UT
1575 VoA woman in SE Asian language 1349UT (also heard Bruce's VoA ID at 1330UT on playback)

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

891 JOHK woman, then man in JJ 1345 //567
1287 JOHR man in JJ 1358UT
1566 HLAZ man talking CC, then woman 1347UT. Not much change today switching from Japanese to Chinese pattern.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

873 JOGB man in JJ //747 1403UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

639 711 981 1017 1161 1251

best wishes,

Nick
