Listened from 1254-1417 utc. Conditions continue decent here in Kalama, WA. JORF 1422 made a rare appearance this morning, used to be a regular, but seldom heard this season. Assuming China on 1476 was the station with brief Asian speech before fading out. Have a nice weekend.
