Thanks for the information.
The 1143 Chinese station that has been playing hide and seek here is
therefore from the Mainland, which isn't surprising considering the
number of Mainland stations that come out of the woodwork here in
September. I'm kind of puzzled why 1143-BEL3 isn't showing up along
with it, though, at least once in a while.
