[IRCA] KIRO, KOAL & DUs in Michigan 9/22/13

Listening from West Michigan, my first logging of 750 KOAL Utah this
morning dominating the channel way over WSB at 1105 UTC.  710 KIRO
Seattle also heard at 1130 UTC BOH for the second time now in the last
week dominating the channel with "Your home for Seahawks Football, 710
ESPN Seattle" dominant on the channel.

DUs: 702 has also made it's first appearance this season with threshold
audio, still a bit too weak to // against the ABC webstream.  702 has
been peaking here between 1115-1145 UTC during the last few days.
