[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-13

It was pretty much a repeat of yesterday morning here, with good audio from the Japanese and Korean big gun TP's, but little else. 594, 693, 747, 774, 828, 972, 1053 and 1287 all had fair to good audio at times, with both 972-HLCA and the 1053-Jammer reaching excellent levels around 1315. In contrast to this the second-tier Asians were mostly missing in action, although 603-HLSA once again had fair audio around 1310 (like yesterday). Mainland Chinese stations were again missing in action as far as audio was concerned, and 738-BEL2 in Taiwan once again had a late rally around 1330 to reach anemic audio. All things considered, it was almost an exact repeat of yesterday, and certainly lacking in exotic signals.
