[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 9/11/13
It was a better morning for sleeping late than listening for TP signals here.
The only significant signal was a het on 702 (possibly 2BL) from the WSW.
It was heard from 1207 until complete silence at 1227. It was strongest
immediately following local sunrise at 1210.
Receiver: PL-310 with 7.5-inch ferrite loop.
