[IRCA] Today's TP DX in Seattle - Sept 10

Conditions here were a bit better than yesterday.  Lots of stations were 
producing audio, though none were particularly strong.  The signals 
peaked at different times today, some as early as 1310, others not until 
nearly 1330.  The dial was rather dull at the high end, but rather 
interesting below 1100.

Really good audio
657 DPRK, KK talk 1314 in heavy 650/660 splat
750 KFQD good o/u Portland w/ID, local nx, wx 1304
1053 jammer

Somewhat OK audio, could at least ID the language, a native speaker 
might have recognized a word here and there
774 JOUB, weather report in JJ 1314, M&W talk 1324
850 KICY (tentative) - "Insight for Living" program mixing with KHHO 1301
936 - CC talk 1320, probably Anhui
972 Korea
981 China, CC talk 1324

Muffled bits of stuff in the noise and splatter
621  Good carrier, maybe some audio but way too much KCIS-630 splatter.

747 - JOIB
756 - bits of talk 1324
864 - bits of talk 1319, possibly Korean
891 - YL talk 1314, fair but too much splat to ID language, possibly Korean
918 - CC talk weak 1321, Shandong?
1017 - talk, probably CRI
1035 - 2 carriers, bits of talk, CNR?
1206 - Yanbian
1566 - HLAZ
