[IRCA] Alberta TP/DU for 7 Sep 2013

   After yesterday's pretty good morning, today I was checking my 
antenna to see it was still OK after last night's storm (it was), as the 
best I could hear was a mid-level carrier on 774, with other carriers 
even more anemic.  Certainly nothing near to audio level.
