[IRCA] KDIS 1110 off the air

I'm noting KDIS 1110 Pasadena (Radio Disney) off the air right now (Friday afternoon 9/6 at 1:15 PM PDT/ 1615 EDT) There have been power outages all over SoCal over the last 24 hours, but mostly out towards Riverside county (heatwave, lightning, etc...)
