[IRCA] TP 27 Jul; Victoria version

A few audios this morning, strongest by far being R. Rossii on 279. The others were "barely there" DUs, and domestic splatter seemed worse than other mornings

Reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

279 woman in RR 1117UT, man in RR 1128UT, and heard on and off until as late as 1209UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be understood by a native speaker:

R. Rossii passing through

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

612 woman talking DU EE inflection 1240UT
774 man talking DU EE inflection, maybe sports of some kind, as getting more and more excited 1287 man talking 1128UT, too much splash to gather hints as to language, but seemed more DU EE to me
1503 pop vocal mx 1215UT, very weak and erratic
1566 laid back female vocal group 1156 UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

567 738(!) 891 1053 1242 1314 1323 1611 1629 1665 1674

best wishes,

Nick
