[IRCA] TP 18 Jul; Victoria version

It  looks as if this morning was out of the ordinary....as in, real 
audio on a number of channels, especially on the upper band around 
sunrise.   One small problem,  the rest of the day was out of the 
ordinary for me also, and I haven't had time to check the recordings 
until late, and it's way past my bedtime.....so the report may not 
happen until the weekend.   Thank heavens for recordings, hi.
