[IRCA] TP 1 May; Victoria version

It's May....DX this morning between 1210 and 1300UT consisted of a 
fair carrier on 738 with some near imaginary audio (woman talking) 
just after 1250UT.   I'm very glad that I let the SDRs do the heavy 
lifting while I slept.
