[IRCA] TP 25 Apr; Victoria version

This morning wasn't a dead loss, but close....

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

definitely not today

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

nothing here either

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

738 Tahiti woman in FF 1216UT, generally mildly audible until near 1300UT, by far the most consistent station this morning. Actually, it had a brief moment of pretty fair readability around 1256UT, idly listening to the recording as I type this, but seemed to be a last hurrah.

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

675 man talking, DU EE inflection 1235UT
828 woman talking way down in the murk, sing-song style of the EE lessons, so possibly JOBB; 1224UT
1053 KK jammer 1215UT
1566 presumed HLAZ, choral mx at 1236UT

Strongish het, no or "near imaginary"audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

882 909 972

best wishes,

Nick
