[IRCA] TP 8 Apr; Victoria version

The Asiatics were back this morning, though mostly the bigger guns, and fading quite erratically. Having said that, some of the second string took advantage of the erratic fading too, you just had to be there, and without the SDR recording to back me up, I'd probably have missed them.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

none quite there today

reasonable audio at times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

594 JOAK woman in JJ 1320UT
774 JOUB man w/ weather broadcast 1317UT
1566 HLAZ woman in JJ 1315UT

not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

1053 KK jammer 1309UT
1287 JOHR JJ talk, man on phone 1327UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

567 JOIK man in JJ //594 1309UT
747 JOIB man in JJ //774 1318UT
828 JOBB man talking //774 1315UT
891 JOHK man talking //594 1323UT
972 HLCA? woman talking 1317UT
1188 JOKP wman in JJ //594 1309UT
1269 JOFM/JOHW woman talking //1287 at 1310UT

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

963 1323 1422 1593

best wishes,

Nick
