[IRCA] WVBG Test

Given the GY frequency and the distance, I really didn't expect to hear this one, and I wasn't disappointed, hi. Semi-local WBCB was in there, as was WKNY-NY, and somebody with CLassic Hits - there are a few possibilities, so with nothing to help me, I won't even guess.
