[IRCA] Wandering tone 1270KHZ LSB

At 23:08 CDT this evening the wandering tone on 1270 LSB
was again heard.  This time with a medium
strength, clearly audible.  Loop bearing appeared to
be NW/SE from here.  A minute later it faded away.
