[IRCA] WVBG DX TEST

The WVBG sweeps made it up here!  Sweep tones at
20:34, 
20:37, 20:41, 20:46, possible Staircase wave
at 20:47 
followed by more sweeps, again at 20:54 and
20:56.  No 
definite ID heard but should be
adequate data for report!  
Heard with WQQX E.
St. Louis.
