[IRCA] TP for 7 Feb 2013; Victoria version

I was up earlier than usual this morning (1330UT), so fitted in a bit of DXing
then.  It was actually pretty lively, at least in the lower band.  Things calmed
down as time went on, so went off to do morning things, to return about 1515UT,
when things had livened up again for another 10 minutes or so.  Probably should
have hit the radio room a few minutes earlier. sunrise is becoming earlier more
rapidly every morning.

pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

594 JOAK woman in JJ 1346UT
1566 HLAZ man singing ballad 1519UT, hung in until after 1530UT when others had
faded.


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB woman and man w/CC lessons 1342UT.  S/off mx box 1525UT at similar strength


not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

567 JOIK woman in JJ 1518UT
702 likely 2BL w/woman talking DU EE 1342UT.   Had deteriorated to a big hum by
1520UT
972 HLCA man in KK 1347UT
1116 likely 4BH, w/ man talking in DU EE 1339UT
1314 unID (DWXI?) man talking in what sounded like Tagalog (not JJ I'm pretty
sure). first heard 1515UT, but faded up to this level 1530UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

639 CNR1 man talking 1517UT, seemed //6125
675 unID. female vocal 1329UT, man talking, couldn't place language; maybe EE?
828 JOBB woman and man w/CC lessons //774, 1343UT
936 Anhui?  woman talking, CC inflection, 1340UT
1557 Taiwan?  instrumental mx 1516UT





Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

earlier: 756 837 855 (rough carrier) 864 891 963 

later:  558, 621 rough carrier, 711, 738, 747, 837, 1503 SAH, 1575 rough carrier
