[IRCA] 900 Spanish (two at least likley east coast US)

Three Spanish stations on 900 I'm hoping for any thoughts on:

Clip A. Mention of Atlantic City at :21, with talk beginning at :15 of clip. There are stations in DE MD and TN within the US. Would either of the first two be likely if this is indeed a truly local reference to Atlantic City?

Clip C. ID or music promo right at start, again around :30+

Clip D. Music ends :31 with an ad I can't decipher for something that sounds like it's in Philadelphia. Again, I'd suspect either DE or MD.
