[IRCA] TP DX, Victoria version

Not as exciting in Victoria I'm afraid.   1540 to 1550UT still seemed 
to be the peak time, though the big guns poked through a bit around 
1440UT as well, at poor strength.

747 and 774 got up to fair strength with s/off chimes 1542UT, with 
828 in there weakly as well.   Otherwise, HLAZ was barely there with 
CC inflected talk, and 954 was the closest to real  DX with man 
talking, JJ inflection at 1546UT.  Things faded fairly rapidly from there.
